Petra has over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. Eleven of these years in Australian tourism alone. She has worked in all areas - accommodation, retail, wholesale and inbound travel. Her work experience in retail travel in Europe enables her to fully grasp what your needs are and what your clients are expecting of you and their holiday. Her seven years experience in inbound in Australia covers FIT and groups sales, customer service management, quality and complaint management, product development and contracting.
Petra has dealt with clients from various cultural backgrounds and has helped small, medium-sized and large agents to service their clients - from one off bookings that needed special advice to brochure production and product choice as well as tactical specials. She understands distribution channels, consumer law as well as foreign language product. She has extensive knowledge and passion for Australia and the beautiful tourism product on offer in this amazing country. Janet is our client service specialist. She has over 10 years of experience in the tourism industry. She holds a German tourism degree that took her through 3 years of learning about the various areas of the travel industry. Janet then worked for one of the largest travel wholesalers in Germany, looking after retail agents' needs in all areas of long-haul. She therefore understands exactly what you need to service your clients to the most satisfactory level. Moving to Australia, Janet extended her field of service to looking after wholesale agents and joined one of Australia's largest inbound operators. She lead a team of booking consultants, ensuring all bookings are dealt with at the highest attention to detail. She has a special interest in service standards - making travellers feel welcome on the phone while they are on the ground in Australia, impeccable phone manners, prompt solutions to travellers' problems while keeping you informed about your clients' movements are mandatory, she says. Janet has a very special passion for Australia and travels the country to all corners regularly. Her product knowledge covers all levels, from budget to mainstream to deluxe - in all of Australia.

Christin has worked in tourism for 10 years and gathered experience in the fields of FIT and groups in both retail and wholesale when she worked for reputable travel wholesalers in Europe. She understands your work very well - she sold Australian holidays to clients in travel agencies for a number of years. Furthermore, she has worked in agency relations and has a special interest in meeting with clients and getting to know their needs and way of working.
Presenting Australian travel and product at such visits is a particular priority of hers. "Understanding exactly how our clients work and seeing it first hand allows us to give perfect service" she says. Natalie has over 20 years experience in the Australian Tourism Industry in various roles. Starting her career in the hospitality industry working her way into Hotel Management, to move into Inbound Travel for one of Australia’s largest Inbound company as an FIT/Agency Relations Manager. Gaining knowledge in customer service, contract management, brochure production, Account Management and Sales and Marketing. Natalie’s is our all rounded with special interest in Product Development and tailor-made itineraries. With every attention to detail offered, going out of her way to ensure both the Customer and Agents exceptions are met. Emi is our IT guru. She has been looking after hotel and tour databases for over ten years. As she spent all this time working for various Australian inbound companies, she understands exactly what the specifics and special details of hotel prices are. She has a special interest in maintaining an impeccable database and knows how load even the trickiest policies. “What I want is for my team to be able to do their bookings without needing to worry. A perfect database is the backbone of any travel company.” she says.

Gregory is our golf specialist. He has been an active golfer for over 20 years and also worked in the industry for a number of years. "Australia has some of the world's best and most spectacular golf courses. If you are a golfer, including a few rounds of golf in your Australian holiday is simply a must." Greg matches golf courses not only to the traveller's itinerary but also to their handicap skills and personal ideas of what type of golf course they would like to play here.
