Petra has over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry. Twenty of these years in Australian tourism alone. She has worked in all areas - accommodation, retail, wholesale and inbound travel. Her work experience in retail travel in Europe enables her to fully grasp what your needs are and what your clients are expecting of you and their holiday. Her twenty years experience in inbound in Australia covers FIT and groups sales, customer service management, quality and complaint management, product development and contracting.
Petra has dealt with clients from various cultural backgrounds and has helped small, medium-sized and large agents to service their clients - from one off bookings that needed special advice to brochure production and product choice as well as tactical specials. She understands distribution channels, consumer law as well as foreign language product. She has extensive knowledge and passion for Australia and the beautiful tourism product on offer in this amazing country. Her knowledge spans from mainstream, boutique to deluxe products and covers all areas of Australia.

Christin has worked in tourism for 20 years and gathered experience in the fields of FIT and groups in both retail and wholesale when she worked for reputable travel wholesalers in Europe. She understands your work very well - she sold Australian holidays to clients in travel agencies for a number of years. Furthermore, she has worked in agency relations and has a special interest in meeting with clients and getting to know their needs and way of working.
Presenting Australian travel and product at such visits is a particular priority of hers. "Understanding exactly how our clients work and seeing it first hand allows us to give perfect service" she says. Australia is Christin's big love and she spent months travelling to all corners of this wonderful country and takes every chance she gets to learn about new product and insider tips.

Joy Nepuscua has over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry working for travel agents, airlines and large travel corporations. She understands all levels of travel and has a vast knowledge of all behind-the-scenes processes.
She works with all aspects of turning each booking into a seamless journey, working with the suppliers to ensure confirmations are timely and that all details are understood by all parties.
Joy has also worked directly with travellers from various cultural backgrounds and is very well-versed in dealing with travellers who have questions or even problems during their holidays. “My first and foremost priority is to make sure that every traveller returns home happy – with the best possible memory of their holiday.” she says.

Emi is our IT guru. She has been looking after hotel and tour databases for over 15 years. As she spent all this time working for various Australian inbound companies, she understands exactly what the specifics and special details of hotel prices are. She has a special interest in maintaining an impeccable database and knows how to load even the trickiest policies. “What I want is for my team to be able to do their bookings without needing to worry. Gregory is our golf specialist. He has been an active golfer for over 30 years and also worked in the industry for a number of years.
